By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Crypto Arcade is a crypto market dashboard with live charts, volume, estimated directional signals and user-entered prediction-market targets. You may also make optional UP or DOWN picks for a weekly points leaderboard. The app does not place trades, accept stakes, or pay winnings. Signals are not personalized advice and have no demonstrated trading edge.
Purchases unlock access to the market dashboard and ranked picks. Points, ranks, streaks and leaderboard positions are for recognition inside the Service and have no cash value, no transferable value, and cannot be redeemed, sold or exchanged for anything.
You must be 18 or over to create an account or purchase access. You must be legally permitted to use the Service where you live. You confirm your age before your first purchase, and providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
One person, one account. Do not create additional accounts to gain extra ranked entries or repeat free trials.
Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for everything done through your Crypto Arcade account.
Your purchased access is tied to your account, which is what lets you sign in on another device and keep your access and your score.
Your first eligible verified sign-in starts one continuous 24-hour free trial of the core dashboard. No card is required and the trial does not auto-renew or charge you. After expiry you must explicitly purchase a pass to continue. AI access is monthly only. Clearing browser data, reinstalling, or recreating an account does not renew the trial. Limited hashed eligibility records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
The monthly plan costs $20 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method are shown again directly before checkout. You must affirmatively agree before continuing. You can cancel online at any time from Settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We send the purchase acknowledgment to the email connected to your Stripe checkout. We will also send any renewal, trial or price-change notice required by applicable law. Keep your account email current.
Active players may record one ranked entry per day. The board resets weekly on Monday at 00:00 UTC. Ranks are recognition only and carry no reward of any kind.
Players who finish in the weekly top 50 may set a three-character tag. Keep tags clean: we may remove any tag, score or account that is offensive, impersonates someone, or is used to abuse the Service.
We may adjust or void scores obtained through automation, multiple accounts, or exploitation of a bug or data-feed fault.
The Game displays market data supplied by third-party exchanges. That data can be delayed, interrupted, incomplete or unavailable, and we do not control it and cannot guarantee it.
Signals and AI responses are estimates, not calibrated probabilities. Model strength is not a win rate. No profitable edge has been demonstrated. Actual prediction-market settlement, prices, fees and liquidity may differ from the exchange data shown here. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
Monthly users may optionally supply their own OpenAI or Anthropic API key so AI second opinions run on their own account. If you do this, you are responsible for all usage charges your provider bills you, and for complying with that provider's terms.
How the key is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove it at any time from Settings.
AI second opinion is limited to structured market data and does not accept free-form questions. It is not a health, crisis, medical or safety service. AI responses are filtered to remove self-harm content, but automated safeguards may make mistakes. If you need emergency help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional rather than the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. Where the breach is not serious, we will try to warn you first.
We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we retire the Service entirely, we will stop taking new subscriptions and let existing paid periods run out or refund the unused portion.
The Game, its code, design, text and branding belong to us. Buying access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
Market data belongs to the exchanges that publish it.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that data will be accurate or timely, or that any outcome in the Service means anything outside of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make about your own money.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is material we will make it visible in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Game after that means you accept the change.
